Approval before commitment
Agreed authority limits and financial review steps determine what our team can do and when it asks you first.
Sensitive information
Never send credentials, banking details, driver identity documents, or medical records in an introductory email. How sensitive documents are shared securely is agreed during onboarding.
Service exit
Export, access removal, and record-retention procedures are explained in the agreement.
